JaybPay is pursuing authorisation as an Electronic Money Institution (EMI) under the State Bank of Pakistan's regulatory framework. We believe in full compliance — we do not operate in grey zones.
The SBP EMI Framework requires applicants to obtain a No-Objection Certificate (NOC) from the Pakistan Virtual Assets Regulatory Authority (PVARA) before commencing operations. We have submitted our application and are awaiting issuance.
